How cashback is calculated

Eligible cashback is calculated automatically for the verified client account under the program rules in effect at the time of the activity. The client dashboard shows only the amount belonging to the client and does not expose the agency's internal financial calculations. It is not based on deposits, trading balance, or losses.

Availability

Cashback becomes available after the reward is received, validated, and deduplicated. Each Reward ID is counted once.

Minimums and fees

Minimum withdrawal and fees depend on the payout method and current settings shown before confirmation. The client sees the estimated net amount before submitting.

Review and processing

May take up to 24 hours — requests are manually reviewed. Requested funds are locked to prevent duplicate withdrawal and are released if rejected.

Corrections

If Exness later corrects or cancels a reward, or reconciliation detects a discrepancy, affected funds may be held for review with an audit trail.
